Opened in May 2005, Blue Heron quickly set a new standard for daily-fee golf in Ohio. The golf club is located between Cleveland and Akron in Medina and features a distinctive topography including elevation change, ravines, natural lakes and streams, and routing through native Ohio forest. The layout proves as visually stunning as it is challenging. In addition to the on-course qualities, Blue Heron features GPS equipped golf carts, a spacious 29,000-square-foot clubhouse and the wonderful River Styx Grille.
